Phone wont start

So phone won't boot.(one plus one).

It has battery (used it an hour ago with 50+% battery).

Held down power and volume rocker to try force a boot. Any other ideas?

charge it, if that doesn't work, try getting into bootloader or thor mode

Tried to access boot loader. Can't even power on

 

While it's sitting sitting on a charger I noticed that the charging light isn't on tried couple chargers

just tap a multi meter onto the battery - should display some charge
