Low profile GPU questions.

1. Why do these things seem to show full size brackets? Doesn't that kind of defeat the point of the card being low profile?

2. Are there any cases specifically designed for these sort of cards?

It does say it in the Q&A Section for the gtx1050

A low profile GPU is one idea for an HTPC, but there are so many options to choose from.

It is but it all depends on your case for the size of GPU?
