So I had (and have) Windows 10 on my PC. It was all fine and dandy up until I did an upgrade.

I brought my PC in to upgrade the CPU cooler, and to transfer the OS from my hard drive to my SSD. When I received my system again, I immediately noticed that the technician (bless his soul) had indeed transferred the OS to the now Boot drive, BUT he changed the language from English to Greek (I live in Greece). I called him up and told him that it was previously in English, and he simply told me to change the displayed language. Now my PC crashes when I first start it up, within a minute after entering my password and entering the desktop.

Also, I've noticed that there has been an increase in CPU, memory, and disk usage, even when idling (CPU more than 10%).

Finally, every time the PC crashes, it appears to be a different cause (or repeating causes). To list a few:

win32kfull.sys (system_service_exception), KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED, win32base.sys (critical structure corruption), system_service_exception, faulty_hardware_corrupted_page

These are just a couple that I had my cellphone next to me, and I captured the message that was being displayed. Could this be because the OS was in English, and now Greek?

Just do reinstall, I had funny issue too after a OS transfer in the past. They all went away the day I did a reinstall, you will end up digging a solution for this but more just came up later on (In my case, my OS was being used for 5+ years though)
