Software to Create Easier Software Demos

Hi Everyone,  

 

Can anyone recommend a good software or software company that would allow me to create a demo version of a software I have?  The software is online but has a lot of functionality and dependencies.  

This would be mainly used for sales presentations where the demo-er would be following a consistent workflow so I don't necessarily need the software to do everything it actually does- just look like it does it.  

 

Any help is appreciated.  By the way, I'm Canada-based so something useable in Canada or Canadian based would be better.
