Laptop cooling advice?

Basically, I've got a 15.6inch dell inspiron 7559, I7-6700hq, 960m blablabla. Im looking for a decent cooler but im not sure whether to go for one of those opolar one which like, suck air out, or for one of those cooling pads which u just put the laptop on. Im not bothered about noise or anything, i just want this cooler to do its job well.  Any advice? Or recommendations? Cheers.

I think that laptop has 2 fans, and 2 exhausts, so if you wanted to cool both the CPU and the GPU you'd need 2 of them Opolar coolers. I think it would be more ergonomic, and cheaper, to get a cooling pad. Those things are more effective if your laptop has vents in the bottom.

 

Thermaltake makes some good ones, but I think getting a cheaper one on Amazon with good reviews would be a safe buy, they're not exactly high-tech devices.

Yeh, it has 3 exhausts, 2 on the back, 1 on the left side, there are 2 intake fans on the bottom
