Few questions about jailbreaking

1. So I know you can't get updates while jailbroken but what about when you remove the jailbreak?

2. (I heard this from EverythingApplePro) You can still have warranty on the phone as long as the Jailbreak is gone when you take it in right?

1) you reinstall the ISO version and it should remove the wipe, then you get updates

2) you technically do and dont. if they catch the jailbreaking software, warranty is voided. so it could trip something in the apple device that would trip the warranty and then you dont have it.

yeah if you just restore the ios firmware in iTunes when you want to remove the jailbreak you'll be fine. Not sure if they can tell it is jailbroken in the past though.

Ok thanks. Im looking at jailbreaking my 6s but im going to do it on a 5s first

Your warranty isn't affected by the jailbreak, you can remove your jailbreak at anytime. I've been jailbreaking since the 3rd gen IPod and never had been refused a repair also never broke a device, i bricked a brand new IPAD once but it was as simple as putting it into safe mode and wiping it to fix.

Hey how do you recommend I jailbreak? (Any guides? Programs I should use?)

It all depends on the version fo IOS you're running, i don't know the current programs used as i'm on android right now, but i know some youtube channels you can trust when it comes to jailbreaking.

TheHackSpot(A newish channel, used 1 jailbreak he showed and it worked fine.) 

ICrackUriDevice (A old channel that's been jailbreaking for a long time) 

TyMoss (I don't know if he still jailbreaks but him and icrack where the people i got most of my jailbreak programs from)

 

Turn off your passcode, turn off your find my iphone, and back up your device.

Do I need to use Yalu or can I perminatly do it?

I believe Yalu is the main jailbreak app right now.

Uuuuggghhhh I don't think theres a way to jailbreak 10.2.1 is there?

I don't think there is one for 10.2.1 ATM

There is one for 10.2.0 Though

 

Just have to wait and camp on some websites like Pangu and Taig, 

And as far as i know any tutorials that tell you to go to a webpage and save the icon are gimmicks, you need to have some external software to do a proper jailbreak.

 

And if there is a semi-tethered JB Out for 10.2.1 then you can try it out.

It basically means that if you restart your iPhone it will default back to its Non-JB State.

The 10.2 is not the most stable ever but then again what jailbreak is. It works flawlessly on my 5S and I suggest terminal, SSH, iWEP, and other various tools iPhones should have
