Fan spins off-balance

Hi everyone,

I just built my game pc and I have a question. The fan from the cpu cooler (Cryorig H7) is 'off-balance'. It rotates good but it goes when rotating a little to the left and back to the right. Shall I contact the seller or Cryorig themselves?

how much are we talking?

 

all fans will have a slight vibration to them, but if it's really juddering about its best to contact the store that sold it to you.

a good rule of thumb would be to lay it flat on the desk/floor/wherever, and power it up, if it shifts around from its own vibrations, something aint right.

Are you sure it's the fan and not just the sticker?
