sonly case-Temp0006.pngshould be on top two cutouts to even out bottom two? should i add cable management holes near fans for fan wires? and should be glass panel whole from smoked glass(see reference pic)?

This is really cool I did see you plan to use a laminate but I didn't see anything about joinery. I think that good joinery could be be what makes this design great. CNC work allows some very cool options for very ascetically pleasing joinery.

What direction are you planning to have this case oriented? I say this because I think you should take some time to think about the rear I/O and cable management.

Personally I think scratch built cases look rushed when the chassis looks amazing but then there is a mess of cables hanging out the back. If you can think of a way to I corporate a cover for or something, it would really add that something else.

Cpu : AMD Ryzen 3 1200 (3.8Ghz), Motherboard : Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3 - RAM : 8GB DDR4 2933 Team (Vulkan) memory, GPU : MSI GTX 980 4GB Case : Antec P50, Storage : 120GB Samsung SSD, 3TB WD Blue, PSU : 530w Thermaltake SPS-530MPC, Cooling : Artic freezer Pro 7, OS : Windows 10.

case was meant to be on the desk and turned as in the pic and if position of the i/o is not comfortable i can still move it and for cable management i will make some zip/velcro mounts so cable management should not be a problem, as for cable covers i could try making them, well, only testing will tell if i did it right.
