Here you go https://www.amazon.com/Lycom-DT-120-PCIe-Adapter-Support/dp/B00MYCQP38 (not sure if it will do what you are trying to do)

Are you trying to get a wifi module from a laptop to work on a pc?

Yes, that's what i'm trying to do.

Ok. You can try that adapter. NGFF appears to be M.2. I think that adapter may possibly work. But I have never tried what you are doing. Good luck.

Why not a decent USB Wifi adapter?

Don't feel like plugging an adapter, and I never really had much success with non-intel cards, primarily that they tend to connect to an 2.4Ghz signal even though the 5Ghz signal is almost as good as the 2.4 one while intel allows me to choose a preference

I just like the idea of having a USB adapter more since I can always switch it between PCs.  I'll admittedly always stay on the 2.4 band because the 5ghz band is unreliable in my home.  It's meant to work at short distances.

Like was previously mentioned, try a converter at your own risk.  The wifi device may not be suited for a pci-e controller even if it physically fits.  Even a whole new pcie adapter seems like a safer bet.  I don't think the type or brand of m.2 adapter you decide to go with will matter much.

Done some research and seems an m.2 to minipcie adapter will work with my current mini pcie to pcie adapter...
