I'm playing overwatch and it says my temp is 65-70c in my in game temp counter I changed my graphics card (from a gtx 1050 ((red and black long one not sure specific)) to a rx 470 armour oc edition)  it used to be 60 c is it. because of my new graphics card?

use msi afterburner with OSD to measure both cpu and gpu temps in game

Then that's fine. You have a new graphics card, it isn't going to behave like your last one.

Overwatch reading is GPU temps. It seems drastic because Pascal GPUs don't tend to get hot at all, even when they're overclocked. Those temps are nothing to worry about. You can use Radeon chill to use less power while you're in queue.
