yes, but don't get a 6600k with a h110 mobo. either go with a z170 mobo or get an i7 6700/7700 instead(or wait for ryzen).

Just as the title says, I need help and its my first time making a pc. Are these parts compatible with each other?

So I can just go get the h110 board along with the i7 6700 or would it be better to just go with the z170 with the 6600k?

h110 and the i7 would be a better choice imo.

I would like inquire once more...

If the ryzen is out, should I buy that instead, if so which type, and will it be compatible with the specs I gave before?

If you have the luxury of time I would say wait and see how Ryzen pans out.. sadly I do not have this option >.<
