The 5005 is 170 pounds and the 6006 is 270. Worth it? I can't test them ATM, so don't tell me to.

Also can I use a Dragon Fly Red with any of these CD players and if so is it worth it?

TIA

You cannot use the dragonfly with it. May I ask why you want such a CD player?

CD players dont change sound at all, so if all you need is a cd player a twenty quid disk drive will do, but if you want the features like the remote etc etc. Pick the one with features which you want and looks good if its going to be visible.

I've heard that the marantz CD players are the best value in the market at the moment. Is the dragonfly designed for use with a laptop or PC? If so, how good is it for the price of admission?

the dragonfly is made for PC, but mainly for the people who want something that is easy to carry around, so you pay for that, the fulla 2 is a better value, but it is also bigger.
