First off I'm not saying the Hyper 212 is a good cooler but it is about 100% better then a stock Intel cooler. So I have lost the fan that came with it and all of my fan mounting brackets. I need to mount a fan to it because my 3570K keeps hitting 90C with passive cooling. I need to know if I can just buy the mounting brackets so i can mount fans to it again until I can buy a better Noctua cooler.

First off the Hyper 212 is an excellent cooler (at its price point that is) and its about 150% better the a stock intel cooler.

But to get to your question I shouldn't count on it.. If you lose parts you're not gonna be able to return it (well you could try and say you threw away the broken parts)

Other then that I have not yet seen a shop that sells the fan mounting brackets for the hyper 212 apart from the coolerpackage..

Just give it a good search if you cant find it just buy 2 noctua fans and getto assemble a mounting brackets with some strings or rubber bands or something xD

Yarrrr, ye be warned lily-livered scallywags

I have owned the cooler since forever now and have no clue if I could take it back because I have next to no information to prove I bought it where i did.

Did you try contacting Coolermaster to see if they can provide you with replacement parts?

I guess you just have to decide if cooling your cpu is worth the $9. You can pick up the entire accessory kit for that much with free shipping over on the CM store site. I'll post the link below so you don't have to go searching.

I can't tell if you already knew that they sold it or not from your post. If you did and just don't like the idea of buying the whole kit just to get the bracket, I can sympathize. But it's not like the kit is $20 or something, it's only $9. In the long run, how much time and effort would you spend to track a single mounting bracket down and buy it for a few buck? Isn't your time valuable? If it were me, I'd just buy the kit and be done. Ultimately, it's your decision. If you decide to keep looking, I wish you the best of luck.

Take zip ties and use them to mount the fans. clip one end of a zip tie and use another, thread it through the fan and heatsink and use the end of the first one as the end.
