This one is on sale, but it's not rechargeable.  It comes with batteries, and you'll only have to replace them a two or three times a year anyway.  You could also just buy some rechargeable AA batteries.

 

If you want to go a little over-budget, this one is rechargeable.  However, like pretty much anything rechargeable, it has a much shorter battery life.

these both look like great options, however they appear to connect with a wireless dongle. i need something thats full BT

Usually when people say bluetooth they are including products that include a bluetooth or wireless dongle.  Can you seriously not spare a USB port?  You're really limiting your options.

it appears one of my usb ports on my laptop is hosed. the only device i can manage to get working with it is an external ssd. neither my current mouse nor my phone tether will work properly, so i could buy another dongle to get more usb ports or just buy a BT mouse
