Drive Issues

Okay so some really strange stuff has been happening lately and I don't have a single clue as to what is going on. All I know is that for some reason 2 of my drives are having some kind of collision issues with each other. My OS drive and my backup drive. My 3rd drive might be involved as well, but I'm not sure. So for starters, a while ago my OS drive just randomly filled up with a bunch of space (none of which I can seem to find any of the contents of), but when I boot with my backup drive installed, the OS drive appears with none of the filled space. I have formatted the backup drive and removed all information using DBAN and then formatted the drive again and yet the issue is still persisting. I'm trying to format the backup drive in Windows now and I'll get this message saying that the drive is being used by other applications and it won't let me format it. No idea what to do/what the issue is.

Ok, if that doesnt work get back to me

After reinstalling I did some further investigating and it looks like every time I boot up in Windows when I have a new drive plugged in, I have to restart again because if I don't I get this weird thing where WiFi says "WiFi 2" instead of just "WiFi". I don't know why this is happening or what I can do about it.
