380x problems

Few days ago i upgraded my gpu from a r7 260x to a r9 380x. my r7 260x played csgo with 150-200 fps, and with my new 380x i get 70 max... and i have looked all settings such as "fps_max".

anyone know why?

Can this problem be due to my 450w power supply???

PC specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-DS2

Graphics card: sapphire r9 380x

Cpu: AMD a8 7600 3.8 Ghz

Ram: Hyperx Fury 8gb 1866 Mhz

Power Supply: corsair 450w 

Storage: 1TB
