PC Not Booting Up

AMD A8-7600 Kaveri Quad-Core 3.1 GHz -AMD Radeon R7 Graphics

Crucial Ballistix Sport XT 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1866 Memory

Maxtor 320 GB 7200rpm OEM HDD

Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-S1 Motherboard

 

After i tweaked something at bios it just dont bootup it the fans are all on but the monitor will just keep blinking no signal then turns off and on again

 

Fixed i tried:

clearing cmos

removing my ram switching it and try putting only one(there is something with my other ram when i use that only ram it beeps 2 time and the monitor sequence repeats it doesnt do that on the other ram)

reapplying thermal paste to cpu 

hard reset

 

ps.messed a little bit with the cpu clock speed at bios and maybe i fried my processor

i tweaked the base clock up to 3.19 ghz

Base clock, or multiplier? With or without turbo boost?

without, im prett sure its the base clock i adjusted the frequency from 100mhz to something like 105 mhz then the system crashed but at that time i can still access the bios then toned it to 104 mhz then it doesnt boot up anymore
