Will that psu be trustworthy? Ive never heard much about be quiets psu's and where will i get the bios update for the mobo

It should be fine, seems to be like an evga B1 or so. Spend some extra on a seasonic eco for piece of mind. See if you can Ask novatech and find out if the bios installed supports kabylake or get your mobo from a physical store.

Would it be easier just to buy a mobo that doesnt need a bios update?
