My laptop went and died on me quite a bit ago (corrupt BIOS chip, too expensive to repair and too expensive to buy new motherboard), and I'm looking for a laptop that can take my dead laptop's CPU, RAM, and 2.5" SSD, and if the new laptop preferably has Thunderbolt 2 or 3.

I tried searching for laptops with non-soldered Ivy Bridge CPU's to take my i7-3630QM, 16GB DDR3 (2 x 8GB) @ 1600MHz, and my 2." SSD. When I tried looking up laptops with these specs, I only found the Lenovo ThinkPad S420 which seems to be out of stock forever.
