Wi-Fi adapter problem

So just booted up my new machine got all the way to desktop yaay time get drivers, so if got on and have Wi-Fi but it's not working so have gone to the site got a utility and now really have no internet can somebody please help me.

Do you have another computer in the house? You could use that to install the necessary drivers onto a USB stick, then move the USB stick to the new PC and install the drivers from there. You could also try plugging in an Ethernet cable to your motherboard if you do not have another computer connected to the internet.

start in run box type

msconfig

find devman or devicemanager and open

are there any yellow ! icons?

if yes then right click select properties and tell error why here

Do managed to get internet but still no web searches and have this screen if helps at all
