00 debug code

Hi guys, so today I was playing fallout 4 when all of a sudden my screen went black and turned off, like when you turn the computer off, so I turn it off to restart and the mobo turns on and so does everything else graphics card, hard drive ext. so I look for any unplugged cables and nothings out, look at the debug menu and it's at 00, I've tried downloading bios updates onto a hard drive and running it off that still no luck, I am completely confused any help would be greatly appreciated. Reset the CMOS
