CPU Power Issue

To cut things short, I currently own the CX850M PSU which is semi-modular meaning the CPU and 24 MOBO power is already done. The CPU power plug is the normal 8 pin ATX, however I am getting Ryzen and I was going to get the MSI Titanium Board and I have noticed that the CPU power is 8+4 Pin ATX Power, I was wondering if I could use this item I found on Amazon to be able to fit the extra 4 pin needed.
