So my friend needs a new PC because he wants to join the PC master race (My prayers have been answered ^_^). He doesn't have much of a budget but doesn't need anything hardcore. He requested for anything that can record good and can play games good. He'll be playing/recording on resolutions at 1080p and lower. But he also demands portability and that it doesn't lag on games like GTA 5 or Witcher 3.

I basically need some help/advice for a console killer PC that can be portable and is able to run heavy games at medium settings. Any advice or full builds would be appreciated. The budget is $550 US.

It is said that an Italian dies every time Spaghetti is broken.

That's why I break mine twice.

+1

OP, have you're friend start at 720p60FPS for recording. It'll save him a ton of time rendering and uploading ect. Use OBS/AMD Relive, some games are funky with ReLive, mostly games that aren't fullscreen so having OBS on hand is nice
