what is the smallest full atx premium case, i can pay up to £400

MAIN RIG:

GPU: Asus ROG Strix 2080Ti 

CPU: i7 9700K

Mobo: Asus ROG Strix Z390-F

Ram: 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4 3200MHZ

CPU Cooler: Corsair H100x RGB

SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 500GB

SSD 2: SanDisk Ultra 2 240GB

Case: Coolermaster Masterbox 530P

PSU: Corsair RM650x

Monitor: Asus ROG PG278Q

Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Stealth 2016

Mouse: Razer Naga Trinity

Headset: Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma

Speakers: Bose Companion 20

Cooler Master HAF XB EVO is probably the smallest. It mounts the board horizontally, so it can be shorter (albeit wider) than a normal case.

The Lian-Li PC-A05FNB is also pretty small as it doesn't mount the PSU above or below the motherboard like most cases.

The Phantecks Evolv ATX TG is quite compact and is one of the best cases on the market at the moment.

I agree with this. And another is the Phanteks P400. Also quite small but very functional. Here are mine and my wife's P400 builds.
