I got an old eMachines that is finally getting decommissioned and put into storage. But I want to image the hard drive. Currently, it runs Windows XP. I want to make an image of the Drive. Does anyone know any free utilities that will allow me Clone the hard drive. I know there are a bunch of them, but I want to get suggestions from others.

Well cloning and Imaging are different things

If I'm not mistaken Imaging a drive is like preparing it to be used in a virtual machine, instead of keeping an old drive around or putting it on a new hard drive, you just image it and can run that whole thing in a virtual machine
