Im wanting to uninstall and have a fresh slate on my computer to try and get all the drivers again for my rog strix rx 460 and intel i5 in hopes of getting things to work right.

 

what is the best program to run to rid my computer of all its drivers and start over again?

before you do all that stuff.............. what kind of problems are you having?

also, to uninstall, do it through the control panel/add/remove programs. you don't need anything else. AMD has  what you need.

also, don't uninstall the motherboard drivers. no need for that.

So its a new, but old system. It has an i5-2400, 8gb ram, 550w psu, win 7 pro, and I just wanted to put in the new rog strix 460 I bought in it. So i did, installed all the drivers, it is recognized but playing any game there is im only getting 1 to 10 fps. I dont know why its doing it but I have had zero luck on getting any playable frame rate. I know it shouldnt be doing this so I dont know what is wrong. I posted about this before in this thread but no luck on getting any help from anyone

forgot to mention, It has some weird audio feedback as well with the low frame rates. Not only in gaming. Even in youtube vids the audio isnt playing back clear and has weird spikes in tones and noises. I dont know if that can also pinpoint a problem with the unplayable fps.
