Titanfall 2 HDD I/O issues

Hey guys. I'm trying to play Titanfall 2 and its putting extreme load on my hard drive to the point where its almost unplayable (I/O issues) My hard drive is dragged, OS is new. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

My specs:

 

i5 4570
8 GB RAM

GTX 760

EVGA 650W 80+ Gold

Seagate Barracuda 2 TB HDD

Windows 10 Home 64 bit

and your sure its not your gpu pulling you back?

crystal disk mark speed?

Get a cheap ssd? Even if it doesn't solve the problem will be a much smoother PC experience overall for a 60-100$ investment
