 i use realy cheap cooler just found i have strange oil like substance all ower fans wtf is happening?

copper heat pipe cooler...

fans don't contain oil ;)

Oil shouldn't mess with performance, if that's what your wondering, but sounds like one sketch product

bdw i already got refund :D and i dont like the led's  cant see the oily stuff on pictures so well
