What overclocking potential would I be looking on a fx-8300 using at evo 212 on a asus uatx with the 760g chipset?

if you are thing about buying one wait for ryzen. you won't get much of as that chip is hot.

Any idea when the lower tiered sku's will release since right now its only the higher end ones? I am basically looking for the cheapest upgrade that will get me to stop bottlenecking my gtx 1060.

As a follow up what would i need to get interms of cooling to get a worthwhile clock speed?

212 evo got my 8320 to 4.5ghz on a 990 chipset with better temps than the stock cooler at stock speeds. That being said, I would consider upgrading. it won't be cheap but trying to keep the FX series going is going to cause more trouble in the long run. Any CPU intensive tasks are going to be real drag.
