Overclocking problems with X5460

Hello, guys, I was trying to overclock my CPU, it's a 771-775 mod, my CPU is currently at 9,5x350 on my g41m-es2l rev 1, I flashed a modded bios for it.

At first, i couldn't move from 340, even if I raised the voltage to it's maximum, then I raised the PCIe bus from 100 to 105 (105> it would create chaos) and I managed to get it up to 350, the problem is, the gain is little.

I can't understand why I cannot overclock it, I heard it can achieve an overclock of 3.8->4.0Ghz/

Can someone share his thoughts on this?
