I am trying to plug a mouse in my Toshiba laptop (Intel i3-370m, Windows 7 home premium) and it appears that there is no power going to the USB port. I tried 2 different mouses, one wireless laser Logitech (Anywhere MX) and an old Microsoft optical wired mouse. The wireless mouse lights up showing it has battery, and I changed the battery. The Microsoft mouse doesn't even have the sensor light up. I have tried all of the ports. Please Help.

Check for any Toshiba software that might control this functionality.
