I'd go for the Noctua NF-A14 (the PWM version).

They are okay but the NF-A14 is in whole different league.

There are no PW3's yet. PW2's are very quiet but aren't as good as NF-A14's. SW3's are similar and a good alternative to the NF-A14.

Corsair's ML fans are high performance fans that aren't very loud and not very quiet.
