Unless its a bundle deal of some kind it won't, K processors don't come with stock coolers.

was waiting to edit as i had other parts i was looking, for but my roommate used them i believe,  i only have a case and a 500w at the moment

so do you need the other parts or just the ones you mentioned? which 500w psu are you using?
