mobo sff power source questions

hello everybody,

 

can somebody explain me how this mobo:

ASUS H110S2/CS

gets power? as in: what powerbrick does it need?

is it powered with an pico psu ? or an atx psu?

how many pins connector does it need? etc etc etc

and you can plug the brick into a pico psu? and then the pico psu to the mobo?
