What is the difference between these two boards?

Gigabyte Motherboard GA-H110M-S2PV Core i7/i5/i3 H110 LGA1151 DDR4 PCI Express micro-ATX Retail

Gigabyte Motherboard GA-H110M-A Core i7/i5/i3 H110 DDR4 SATA PCI PCI Express micro-ATX Retail

I have 1 day to order this before the free shipping offer expires and the GA-H110M-A has since dissappeared off Canada Computers' site and has been replace with the GA-H110M-S2PV. Any differences?

Thanks.

The main difference is htat the GA-H110M-A uses DDR4 RAM whereas the GA-H110-S2PV uses DDR3/DDR3L.

It really seems like the S2PV is more for businesses that need more legacy support as @itsmyjobtoknow stated.

Thanks for the replies, really appreciated.

Also are you going to be using a dedicated GPU or integrated graphics?

The reason I as is that the S2PV only has a VGA and DVI-D port whereas the H110M-A board has HDMI 1.4 so that might sway you as well if you're using a specific monitor with the iGPU. Obviously if you're going to be using a dedicated GPU then you don't have to worry about that.

I will be using a dedicated GPU so I guess I have nothing to worry about... other than the fact the board just spontaneously sold out on three different sites.

Thanks for the reply.
