My mouse glitches out?

Hello people, for past couple of days now since ive had my new RX 470 MSI GPU installed ive had problems with the visablilty of my mouse and as i used my PC for about 30 minutes the normal default mouse cursor turns into 4 / 5 lines and im really unsure, sometimes it only glitches on one monitor then other times its gitched on both. Its annoying me as sometimes it gets to a point i dont even know where my mouse is so i spent a minute moving it on the screen till i see something? Anyone got any ideas?
