M.2 SSD bootable w/ Windows 10?

Hey guys,

I ordered a Intel 600p M.2 SSD and Windows 10 Home OEM. The motherboard I'm using is the Gigabyte GA B250 HD3P. I'm kind of afraid the ssd is not compatible with windows 10. I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know?

It is compatible. If it was going to be incompatible with anything, it would be the motherboard, not the OS (it's not though, so don't worry)

I didn't, it's just that unless the SSD has some weird proprietary lock to a certain OS, it will work with Windows 10. The SSD has no such thing, so it will work. I'm not actually aware of any drive that has a software lock, though some will use proprietary hardware to lock things down.

Alright thanks for helping me out man, I'm kind of nervous cause its going to be my first build.
