Sleeping monitors shouldnt be sleeping

My desktop PC running windows 7 professional is telling my 3 monitors to go black every 5 min. I have been to the power options and changed the sleep timer to 2,000,000 min and blackout timer to the same thing. I'm not sure if its sleep mode or not, the monitors just go black but any audio playing continues to play. If i move the mouse then the screen does not go black but if im playing a game with a controller or watch a lengthy video then the problem will occur.

 

 

Any thoughts?
