Posted February 19, 2017 Every time steam updates and speed is above ~8.0mb/s it seem to make my system hang and lag when i tried to move my mouse around. It seem to have no problem copying 100mb/s from my server to my computer but just seem to happen when downloading speed is near my caped ISP speed. My have updated my LAN drivers but i never seem to have this issue before when i first built the system a year ago. My networking is based off a custom PFSENSE box with 10 port switch for acts mainly for private network and another subnet for my server/wifi and separated on for public wifi and other wifi enabled devices which i don't really trust (IP cameras etc).
