Program won't open because it already is

So I downloaded a drawing tablet driver namely the huion 1060 drivers because they are the drivers that come with the Turcom Ts-6610. I then used the included disk to try the software when that didn't work. When I try to open the desktop icon it will just bring a pop-up that tells me that it is already running. I have tried shutting it down before opening it with task manager but then it just has an almost open but then back to the pop-up. I have used this tablet before on my Macbook Air and it worked flawlessly but then I brought it to my PC which I bought it for and the driver is just being super screwy. I am running Windows 10. End it in task manager might have a nickname in task manager possible its initials and in future launch it as administrator

I have ended it in task manager and looked through it to check for some variation of it but will again and look for initials. I have also tried running it as administrator but it did the same thing and just said that the program was already running. I have and continue to run this same program on my Mac and when it opens it is a box to edit settings of the tablet and pen like a mouse or keyboard drivers window.

Did you download the driver of the company website if you didn't that may be the probelm

I initially downloaded the driver from the Turcom website and then the Huion website... (even from the Turcom website the setup wizard shows the driver as being Huion) I then used the included disk and the same software but this time Turcom's downloaded and had the exact same problem of "already running"

I do t know then as I personally have never used that program or drawing tablets in general
