Everything is compatible and fine, but what will they be using it for? If they're just gonna browse the internet and not do gaming then even a pentium g4560 is more than enough.

i9-11900K @ 5.1ghz;   RTX 3090 FE @ 2ghz;   ROG Maximus XII Hero;   4266mhz G.Skill 16GB DDR4;

Change the cpu to i5-6500, it offers slightly better preformance for the same price. I'd say go with something like gtx 1050. I believe they won't game a lot.

Yeah, a pentium will do as well, while being A LOT cheaper. But and i5 will last longer. I believe that's a build that will remain this way for years.. Better build something that can stand the test of time.

Some people.. Even with a i5-6400 it'll last years. So many offices are still using Q6600's. No GPU is needed, if they need one later, just add one later.

i'd like to get as much as possible out of the 600 euro as possible

yet they're gonna just be emailing browsing and stuff

but adding those 2 things up: its also future proof by spending more

-An i5 7500 is a little bit faster for not much more

-a single 8GB stick will allow for expansion to 16GB later on an M-ITX board

-there's no need for a custom CPU cooler

-Get the Node 202 with power supply version, it includes a 450watt Fractal design power supply and doesn't cost that much more

-No need to get a B250, an asrock H110M-ITX/AC will have all the features your parents should need

-Use the extra money you saved on changing the storage to an MX300 275GB M.2 drive that will make cable management just that little bit easier
