Router Died RIP

Router just died on my today (Asus rt-ac66u) RIP...need a new one and am debating between the asus ac3100 or the netgear nighthawk x6. Live in a small apartment (2 bedroom) and we stream a lot and play video games PC and console. Or if you have any suggestions for that price range that are better please let me know!
