Need help with "brands"?

I have a pretty dumb question but what's the difference between different "manufacters" I mean for example a gtx 1070 can have a "manufacturer" like evga, Asus, Msi, etc. But what difference they make? If they are all working with the same model.

different cooling solutions and extra (OC) features, the GPU itself comes from Nvidia/AMD and is always the "same" (sometimes they are better binned but it depends on product)

Pretty much this. Also warranty and customer service is different.
