Not powering on

My computer motherboard doesn't seem to start up, I power on the computer and the fans spin but the motherboard doesn't beep and the Os won't start (tested with two drives both windows 10) it has started once but bootlooped on the motherboard screen. Thanks for your help!

Make sure theres no short on the mobo and reset your CMOS battery

That sadly didn't work, any other ideas?

Reseat the ram.

 

Try a different PSU, if none of this works, if its a new pc, RMA the MoBo

unplug all of the drives, try to boot to post screen. if post screen, add 1 drive at a time

That didn't work either

I sadly don't have another PSU and reseating the ram didn't work either.. it's an old motherboard and I was due for an upgrade but I just can't afford one yet

WELL... Sounds like a dead PSU or MoBo. You can pickup a cheap i5 system on ebay for like $200.
