Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knows how to make it so the programs opened would just overlay ontop of the shortcut on the taskbar, instead of opening up it's own "tab"

As you can see here, I have chrome, photoshop open. However they are not overlayed ontop of the shortcut I put on the taskbar.
