Hey, so I need some storage for all of my games. And that might be a lot of games in the near future. So the question is, do I get a 525GB SSD, or a 275GB SSD and a 1TB HDD?

go for the 1tb hdd. most games today dont take advantage of the faster load times that an ssd would get you

If it's one or the other then go for the 1tb hard drive as it's basically double the ssd that you mentioned, most people do use an ssd and a hard drive (myself included) as people put their OS and most played games on the ssd to help with boot/load times while having the 1tb for other games and applications, if you have to get one or the other though go for higher storage any day. No point having a fast drive if you can't put much on it

so then would it also be better to get 120GB SSD and 2TB hard drive?

i'd go with a 250gb ssd at least windows takes up a few gigs and by the time you've added a few games and depending on if you put music, pictures and applications on your ssd then you'll run out of space fast, the way i see it is that you should keep all of your important stuff on your ssd such as personal photos, work etc and then put everything else on your hard drive.
