I have been planning my keycap setup for the better part of a few months now, and everything has gone to plan, except for the left shift. my original plan was to use a left tab sized key for it, until i realised that the left shift is a funny size that is inbetween a normal key and a tab key. Are there any cool custom keycaps out there that are made in this size? or a place i can buy one single in bright pink?

According to https://deskthority.net/wiki/ANSI_vs_ISO and  http://www.wasdkeyboards.com/index.php/keycap-sizes, the ISO left shift is the same size as the left CTRL, or 1x1.25

Well, I can look at my keyboard right now and tell you that it is most definitely not the same size as my left ctrl xD

Then it's not an ISO keyboard now is it? :P

Figure out what the key size is supposed to be and buy the appropriate key cap. Most people follow the standard key cap sizing. If yours doesn't, your keyboard is dumb. >_>

if i could afford a 3d printer then i wouldn't be worrying about this haha

Hahaha, true the good ones sure are expensive. If you live in the US you could try yo use a service like "print a thing" or "3D hubs"

If I lived in the US why would I have an ISO layout? xD

Do excuse my ignorance I don't know the "standard" layout names. I use the Latin American keyboard :/. On the flip side I can write "eñe" all day long :)
