Which one should I choose?

Althuogh the 4460 is newer, the performance increase form generation does not outweight the performance benefit from an i7.

It does mean you may have to upgrade sooner, but you should be good until late 7th gen or launch of 8th gen if ur lucky and arn't too demanding
