I found a 500 gb ssd in my closet in the box (it has been used but whatever) my father has used this (i had to set it up) for his ps4 and replaced that one for a 1tb Will it work for my pc?! It supports data cables I will find something similar online to show an example

If it is SATA it will work. You will want to reformat it.
