Amp/DAC Combo for PC

Hi guys, thanks for your help in my earlier post. I've managed to round down a lot of options. Not sure how these compare - the main use will be to replace my PC motherboard sound card while maintaining portable use (phone/dap/console). I use low ohm headphones (16-32 range) such as the Senheisser Momentums. Thanks in advance!

Topping is garbage, and Fiio isn't as far ahead as you might hope.

 

Is there a reason you can't run your mid-fi lifestyle headphones straight from your devices?

Hi, thanks for the response, my devices seem fine but not my PC. What would you recommend instead of the above?

My PC jack buzzes at times and sounds worse than on my devices. I'd say it sounds a bit muddy and the bass drops. I'm assuming that it is because I don't use a dedicated sound card (apparently the motherboard one is bad) but I am no expert at audio hardware.
